Shipping + Returns
 

Depending on order value we use either Slovene Post, GLS or DHL to ship our goods worldwide. Rates differ based on parcel weight and size and are calculated at checkout.

At Sans Concept we try our best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition with original tags still in tact. We won’t accept any returns that have not been notified within 24 hours or returned within the specified 14 days. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Here are the simple steps to take:

  1. Email your request immediately to info@sansconcept.com and explain your reason for returning the item. If item is faulty please supply pictures.

  2. Pack and send your items in the original packaging with tags intact and with original invoice within 14 days from item receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for higher valued products.

Send your package to the following address: Sans Concept, Tavčarjeva ulica 3, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Once we receive the goods back, in perfect condition, we will refund your card in full within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods.

Dostava naših izdelkov na vaš naslov poteka preko Pošte Slovenije ali GLSa. Strošek poštnine je kalkuliran ob oddaji naročila na podlagi teže in velikosti paketa.

Kupec ima pravico vrniti artikle zaradi stvarne napake ali nenošene v zamenjavo v roku 14 dni po prejetju artiklov po naslednjem postopku:

  1. Sporočite vaš zahtevek takoj na info@sansconcept.com, v primeru napake pošljite tudi fotografije.

  2. Artikle pošljite v roku 14 dni od prejetja naročila nerabljene, nepoškodovane in s pritrjenimi obesnimi etiketami, ter priložiti kopijo originalnega računa. Priporočamo pošiljanje s sledenjem za izdelke višje cenovne vrednosti.

Paket pošljite na naslov: Sans Concept, Tavčarjeva ulica 3, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenija

Strošek vračila krije kupec sam, razen v primeru stvarne napake v izdelku. Kupec lahko kupljene artikle vrne tudi v prodajalno na Tavčarjevi.

Vračilo plačila ali kupnine bomo opravili takoj, ko je to mogoče, najpozneje pa v 14 dneh po prejemu blaga.
